Program Director
- Direct a 24+ engineer AI / OSINT R&D organization building production data-collection pipelines across a multi-cloud stack spanning AWS, Azure, Google, Oracle, and IBM; text, audio, and video at scale for long-term exploitation.
- Spearheaded innovation program that closed collection gaps by incorporating cutting-edge cloud service technology and in-house applications for improved web scraping and data quality.
- Automated internal financial forecasting, improving annual LOE target-tracking accuracy by 0.01% of contractual requirements and cutting year-over-year over-expenditures by 0.86%.
- Partner with government stakeholders to build multi-year program roadmaps in alignment with strategic mission objectives.
- Served as delivery lead for a $75M IC government contract, guiding 5 dev teams and 35 teammates in agile delivery of a mission-critical application.
Systems Engineer
- Drove identification and evaluation of transformational technologies through active research and engagement with commercial, academic, and vendor partners — informing 3–5 year technology roadmaps for IC initiatives.
- Served as proxy Product Owner for the Government Technical Director, running vendor engagements, technology demonstrations, program reviews, and system design sessions.
- Led characterization and assessment of delivered prototypes, advising the government on fit-for-purpose and adoption decisions.
